100 Steps in One Minute


Their is basically no alternatives of regular exercise to keep the body fit. For this reason many physicians advice their patients, within the huge pressure of day to day activity people need to have some jogging regularly. But it is not done by only walking, some rules need to be very important to follow during this jogging. American researchers disclosed that, good results can be achieved by regular jogging of minimum 30 minutes. In this instance, their should be 100 steps in each minute.

The number of steps basically determined based on oxygen demand of our body by the researchers of San Diago University of USA. The research was done under the supervision of Simon Marshall. The research was published on American Journal of Preventive Medicine.

It was discovered in the research that, we need to do jogging for at least 30 minutes regularly and we need to do 100 steps in each minute. And we need to do exercise five times in a week following this way of exercise. But the person can do the jogging in different parts of the day based on their requirement.

Simon Marshal said, " To keep the health in good status, we need to habituate in some small time jogging regularly. In this circumstances, w can generate good results if we divide the total jogging in several time zones of minimum 10 minutes for each zone. And in later stage we can upgrade our jogging timing on yo 30 minutes a day where we basically walking for more than 30,000 steps a day at that speed."

Researchers indicates that, many of us use Pedometer during the time of exercise. But this instrument did not provide any information regarding the intensity of the exercise. The new research will help us to determine the intensity of the exercise from this instrument.
