Measuring Heartbit: A New Way To Identify The Risk of Heart Attack

The risk of female heart attack can be identified by observing the heart bit. Recently, the information is presented in a research work which published on British Medical Journal. The researchers conduct their research work on 0.129 million female who do not have heart diseases and have menopause. They identify that samples with higher heart bit rate are having higher risk for heart attack than those with lower hear bit rate.

From the research in has been identified that those females who have more than 73 bit/minute are having 1.6 times higher risk of suffering from heart diseases than those who have less than 62bit/minute. The researchers  also mentioned that the risk is much higher for those who experiencing the menopause very recently.

The research was conducted on females in the age group of 50 for 5 consecutive years. Among the sample females, 2281 had serious or mild heart attack and 1877 had suffering by brain stroke.

The females with high heart bit rate had some common criteria like heavy weight, high blood pressure, more intention to have foods with cholesterol and fat. Professor Peter Waesberg, Medical Director of British Heart Foundation told, at present the risk factors for heart attack also include the heart bit factor into consideration.
