Sleeping After Lunch is Not Bad

Why sleeping in the day time is only good for children? Scientists demanded, a small siesta in the right time will revive the whole body and mind. For this siesta, the body and mind become highly regenerated, mind become full of joy and develop the strength to remember things.

The Equatorial people are habituated to have a siesta after their lunch. By doing this, they also have some advantage.

Researchers discovered, the countries where people are habituated to have a siesta after lunch have less risk death incidents due to heart diseases.

But their are something in our sleeping cycle, for which such siesta become very important. When we follow the sleeping cycle everyday, then we are experiencing the maximum level of energy through this siesta.

Like other Mammal animals, human also affected by two strong sleeping time: 2-4 in the night and 1-3 in the evening. It is very common that people feel dizzy in this time period.

Basically their are five clear stages to have proper sleeping. These stages are:

-------- Stage 1: First 5-10 minutes of the sleeping is fall in this category. Our eyes started to close and we have the feeling of sleeping. If anybody wake up from this stage, then they can not remember whether they sleep or not.

-------- Stage 2: First 20-30 minutes of sleep is falling in this category. During this time, heart bit started to slow, body temperature started to reduce, the body muscle started to become softer. In this stage, people reached the maximum level of energy. Through this 30 minute siesta, our energy level become recharged to its maximum level. We can also increase our level of attention through this siesta.

-------- Stage 3 and 4: If anybody is sleeping for 45 minutes, then he started to have slow harmonic sleep. This deep sleeping will increase human memory power and helps us to remember lots of information. But you may feel dizzy when you wake up from this type of sleeping.  So if you like to avoid to feel dizzy, then you should keep this sleeping for the time of your sickness or situations where you need deep rest.

-------- Stage 5: If any body is sleeping for 90-120 minutes, then they went to the dream world where they observe the increase in eye-movement. In this time, the heart bit and breathing rate both increase. This type of mega-sleeping also become very helpful to enhance the strength of memory.

In many countries, their are some sort of arrangement so that its employees can take a small siesta. In many offices their are some separate rooms for having siesta.
