Manage Your Mental Pressure by Combined Affort

Suddenly their are  some moments that comes to our life which are totally unusual. Many things happened without any notice which are beyond our imagination. At that time, to match with the changed environment, their are huge excitement in our mental world. Our attitude, the process of thinking everything become disorder. For any upcoming danger, huge hyper tension is created in our mind and if their are any lose then it create depression. Many time this tension and depression happened together as upcoming dangers and losses are always follow each other.

According to the medical science, at the time when such mental reaction took place is known as Acute Stress Reaction. Without any sort of mental disease a normal healthy people may have the problem due to some accident or unusual situations. Such problems can last for couple of hours to couple of days.

To understand whether a person is having the Acute Stress Reaction please try to observe the followings:

  • The person become stunned at the primary stage.
  • The person will observe reduction in consciousness and attention level.
  • The person stops to response in any sort of temptation.
  • The person don't want to accept the reality.
  • The person become avoiding those temptation which can remind the disaster.
  • Reduction in sleeping.
  • Reduction in idea regarding the surroundings.

In the later stage such patients can convert himself as more introvert, can show excited attitude or become more active. In many times, these people starts to show their excessive reaction to any situation.

Basically, the symptoms depend on two factors. One is the nature of adverse situation and the another is the copping mechanism with those extreme situation.. Different people have different level of reaction in the same situation.. Those who have less strength to manage adverse situation, are largely affected by the problems related with mental pressure. Preventing disaster of unusual incidents are different things. But if something of this nature happened then the persons related with the victims need to be very careful. They should behave in a manner so that victims can not feel that others are showing kindness to him. Moreover they should not be treated in a harsh way. Everybody should behave friendly with them.

We can discuss with the victim about the incident through open discussion. It is known as Debriefing. Let the victim know what happened in a slow manner. They should have the option to express their thoughts. Without any reason, nobody should pressurize the victims to know he situation. They need to be encouraged and make them understand that in this problem he is not alone; you are with him and altogether we can have some ways to recover from the problem. We should help them to measure the loses and we also need to make them understand that they could have face more loses. Other than these, the victim should be trained to cope with the adverse situation. Trained counselor or psychologist's special counselling or psychotherapy may be needed for the victim to overcome the difficulties of the situation. If required, the victim can take some medicine but need to be approved by his physician. Sometimes relaxation and meditation helps the victim to recover from the situation.

For everybody, training to manage he regular mental pressure is very important. Specially for those executives, who need to wok under continuous pressure. But such training should only be taking from the specialist. Now in many countries, the mental pressure management department become very crucial for maintaining peoples life in normal condition.
