Prevention of Allergy

Many people think, the best way to prevent allergy is to stop eating of all those foods which are known as highly responsible for allergy. But many of those foods are highly nutritious. In reality, not all allergy-prone foods are responsible for every body's allergy. Basically, each child may have allergy for different food item. So its better not to stop all the foods at the same time. Rather we should give them those foods once at a time so that we can observe the impact of those food on the body. By this process, we can identify the foods which are responsible for individual child's allergy problem.

In many cases, children can free from allergy after two years of age. So up to that point of age, children should avoid foods with allergy risk. In the last three month of pregnancy, the mothers should avoid all sorts of allergy contained foods. We should always remember, if we give our child bottled milk instead of breast milk of their mothers, then those children become more fragile to the risk of getting allergy. So we should obviously provide breast milk to our child. Moreover, at present time their are some injections which will help us to prevent our child from allergy problem.
